Implemented the Predictive Analysis for Chemist shops for Pharma business of ACI.
It's a forecast generation process to enable the Pharma field force to plan better with
the help of purchase predictions buying patterns provided by AI algorithms.
Also Implemented AI driven Chatbot to the consumer brand customers with an
engaging experience and precise information to guide them to proper channel. It also
helps ACI Consumer brands to never miss any business opportunities due to unavoidable
service outage from human agents.
Guided a team of AI professionals to solve the complex problems
of ACI businesses. Also working with ACI business professionals from different fields
help them to adapt to data driven technologies to improve KPI.

Teamwork platform.
It’s a field-force tracking and task management solution including web and mobile platforms.
Provided APIs for GPS tracking, attendance management, reporting, task management,
reminder, chatting, file sharing, access control and assignment management. Coordinated
a team of Mobile app developers, UX designers and Front-End developers.
Also worked on data pipelining for
Dingi Life app. Implemented a system
for efficient flow of unstructured data
from free/public sources to intermediate storage and processing it further before putting
it to production storage.
Scaled out Ding MAP API platform
to handle few thousand requests per second.
Reduced server cost by 60% using optimized combination of uWSGI, Nginx,
AWS elastic load balancers and autoscaling.

Did my undergrad from BUET. Concentrating on Electrical & electronic Engineering. Had a lot of fun while doing my undergrad. Had the opportunity to meet some outstanding people there. My major was communication and minor was electronics. Not totally happy with my CGPA though! Could've done so much better. That's because I was pursuing so many things at the same time like developing programming and software development skills which was outside of my curriculum. People are not good at multi-tasking. Lesson learned indeed!

Ultra-high nonlinear photonic crystal fiber with GeO2 doped core

This paper articulates our recent investigation on the properties of highly nonlinear photonic crystal fiber (HN-PCF) with concentrated GeO2 doped core using Finite Element method (FEM). The proposed PCF shows extremely high nonlinearity with very small effective mode area and convenient dispersion characteristics in telecommunication window. Suitable nearly zero dispersion profile at operating wavelength for nonlinear applicationscan be achieved by tuning the global design parameters.

In this paper a highly GeO2 doped single mode equiangular s piral photonic crystal fiber (HDES-PCF) is proposed to achieve high birefringence with extremely high negative dispersion, higher nonlinearity with low confinement loss for E+S+C+L+U band of interest. From the simulation results, large negative dispersion of -602.7803 ps/nm/km at 1.33 μm and -903.5316 ps/nm/km at 1.55 μm is achieved.
Low loss porous-core photonic crystal fiber for long-haul broadband THz transmission

This paper presents a novel porous-core photonic crystal fiber (PCF) having extremely low material absorption loss at terahertz window suitable for THz transmission. Finite element method (FEM) is used to investigate the properties of the proposed PCF with a porous core surrounded by a compact cladding structure having hexagonal air holes.
